Soup is very simple and will be done in about half an hour. This recipe could feed 4 people.
This soup is very nutrition; it’s made from pure vegetables. No preservatives. No added crap. So lets start.
You will need a pot, big enough for about ½ a gallon of water. I use distilled water for everything, but it’s your choice to use whatever water you want.
Ingredients you will need:
-
Pot, with 1/2 a gallon of water
-
5-7 Potatoes Peeled and cut in quarter
-
2-3 Carrots, peeled and cut
-
Half a Packet of Cole Slaw
-
1 Onion
-
Salt
Optional:
-
Hot Dog Links
-
Garlic Powder
Steps:
1. Boil the water.

2. Drop in the cut potatoes and carrots.

3. Bring back to boil then let it simmer for 15-20 minutes until potatoes and carrots are done. Occasionally stirring.
4. After 15 minutes, add half a packet of Cole Slaw and half or one onion. Depending on the size and if you like a lot of onions. Here you would also add hot dog links cut up if you want.

5. Let it simmer for another 5-8 minutes.
6. Add salt about a teaspoon. Maybe more. But to avoid over salting do a tea spoon first.

7. Taste it to see if it’s done.
8. Serve alone or with sour cream.
